abstract="The Internet emergencies, especially Internet violence incidents, are emphasized by the practical management department recently. But there are few theoretical literatures to research this problem. The paper puts forward the Internet emergency search method based in information flow, which is utilizes the existing web directory to estimate the incident acceptance degree through the netizen's attitude for some reality social incident, and then takes the adequate Internet management measures. Through building the evolutionary game model, the paper analyzes the Internet emergency controlling course based on information flow, that's the famous infection diffusion model.
