abstract="Good vision is the first important prerequisite for safe driving. The article studies whether drivers with some impairement of vision get involved in more accidents and whether they experience more vision related disturbances when driving. A specially designed questionnaire has been applied on a sample of 592 drivers. The results obtained indicate that drivers with impairement of vision get involved in more road accidents and they experience more vision related disturbances than other drivers during driving.<p />",
