abstract="In 1958 Virginia enacted an Uninsured Motorist Act. The author contends that this act has been construed, beyond its original objective, to provide greater protection for victims of uninsured motorists than is afforded victims of insured motorists. Accordingly, he recommends that the act be revised. Furthermore, the author suggests that the coverage of the act be extended to persons who do not now come within its purview.<p />",
