abstract="Adolescent Homes are recent types of hosting structures and places specialized in the management of adolescent specific disorder, used by adolescents themselves, their family or professionals. The vast majority of adolescent specialists often face the violence issue, whatever their specialty or their areas of intervention. One of the reasons for these difficulties is that there is no specific specialty or specific mechanism to deal with this violence. Several areas of intervention often deal with this violence such as: socio-educational, juvenile justice and psychiatry. Solution can be found with cautious articulation of the work of the different professionals involved with the adolescent. The Adolescent Home of Marseille has built a "difficult adolescent division", which organizes formally the meeting of the professionals involved with a very difficult situation where the violence effective or supposed disturbs the usual relationship between the professionals. This division is most of time called by the social workers of the Child Welfare System without solution. This division has to watch that taking care is without break, prevent inter-insitutional conflicts, organizing a taking care while all professionals remain involved and available. The development of such division in the heart of non specialized site prevents stigmatisation and exclusion of adolescent involved in the Social services.

Language: fr
",
