abstract="Today more public attention are paid to the violent attacks upon women all over the world. Because a number of women are battered, raped, stalked or murdered by a current or former male partner. It is no doubt that these violent acts are crimes and infringement of women's rights. To prevent the harm of domestic violence (DV), &quot;Law for the prevention of spousal violence and the protection of victims&quot; were established in 2001. However, this law has much to be considered. In treating &quot;Intervention program&quot;, we should examine this program carefully. It is necessary that the government make efforts to resolve such violence collaborating with private sectors in a region immediately.<p />",
