abstract="In order to improve the operation efficiency of public traffic system, the data flow of public traffic system was analyzed, a vehicle device of intelligent guiding system was designed, and the structure of the system based on SMS (short message service) was studied. The system could transmit the information of public traffic among buses, bus stations and management centers. Applied results show that the system equipment performance is steady, the system can realize vehicle management effectively, and connect with other intelligent systems easily.<p />",
