abstract="Case-histories of 1077 victims of cerebro-cranial injuries, 38 per cent of whom were admitted in the state of alcoholic ebriation, were analyzed. Alcoholic ebriation was found to materially change the clinical picture of the cerebro-cranial trauma, simulating, sometimes, a picture of a traumatic brain lesion. Curative measures aimed at the treatment of the traumatic lesion of the brain were applied in a complex set, depending upon the nature and the severity of the cerebro-cranial injury, the phase (stage) and degree of alcoholic ebriation.<p /><p>Language: ru</p>",
