abstract="The authors present 3 cases of mild head trauma diagnosed by CT, EEG and SPECT. The results showed that CT scan was negative in all cases while SPECT was positive. EEG recording showed changes which seemed to agree with the changes of regional cerebral blood flow presented by SPECT. This initial results indicate that SPECT HM-PAO within the first two-three days is more sensitive than CT scan and detects brain perfusion abnormalities.<p /><p>Language: pl</p>",
