abstract="Violence is a part of human nature. The education can control and sublimate it. No basic biological oddness gives an explanation to violence. Several experiments of juvenile delinquency treatments are reported. The appropriating of culture is the main motor of these treatments. The violence is an effect of thinking in acting, archaic thinking whose principal thinking representations are the &quot;representations of transformations&quot;. Different reflexions on law and on sociology complete the statements, and the author proposes some ways of treatment which showed there mettle in the past.<p />",
