abstract="Prospective study of 50 files of ocular traumatisms in the Yeelen center of Sikasso during a 2 year period (1986-1987). The analysis of these files shows: The strong majority of ocular traumatisms among men. The strong tendency to ocular traumatism among people less than 30 years old and then among people less than 15 years. Ocular lesions by traumatisms are more frequent in urban surroundings than in rural surroundings. We must insist on the prophylaxy of these accidents of which the functional and anatomic prognostic becomes more serious because of two much delay between accident and treatment.<p /><p>Language: fr</p>",
