abstract="BACKGROUND: Traumatic spinal SAH with neurologic deficits is rare and easily misdiagnosed, especially after traumatic intracranial hemorrhage. CASE DESCRIPTION: We report a case of spinal SAH with root compression occurring after a scooter accident.
