abstract="A male aged 70 became unwell during work on the motor of his boat. He had an acute myocardial infarction, complicated by arrhythmias, which had probably been triggered by carbon monoxide intoxication. After treatment with, among other things, oxygen he recovered. Although the patient had experienced mild angina pectoris in the past, he had been symptom-free for years without medication. It is therefore suggested that the carbon monoxide intoxication played an important part in this case.<p /><p>Language: nl</p>",
