abstract="The mapping of hazardous situations aims to provide a practical representation of the ranking of vulnerabilities in patient care. While there is no universally recognised method, a task force working on fall risk at Ambroise Paré hospital in Boulogne (AP-HP, Hauts-de-Seine) has drawn up a map charting the a posteriori and a priori identification and analysis of risks. Mobilising the professionals involved is essential in order to achieve as comprehensive a map as possible. The possibility of generalising this approach remains to be assessed.<p /> <p>Language: fr</p>",
