abstract="The main objective of this article is to encourage criticism of and reflection on the indication for psychiatric hospitalization through the mentioning of some recent National Supreme Court of Justice rulings that affect our practice, as well as through a critical review of the traditional concept of dangerousness, to provide support for the two possible types of psychiatric hospitalization: urgent hospitalization secondary to certain and imminent risk of injury and therapeutic hospitalization. It is further proposed that said indication be delivered by a team including the psychologist, and that this indication be monitored by the courts.<p /> <p>Language: es</p>",
