abstract="Fracture of the forearm with ipsilateral injury of the elbow joint is a rare traumatic entity in children. Twenty-four such cases were treated in our clinic during the last 4 years (1981-1984). The treatment was surgical in six cases and related to the elbow injuries, while the forearm underwent closed treatment.
