Abstract

Group effects, pre-disposition of the players and capability of the game administrator are investigated as factors accounting for the differential impact of simulation games. The author received his B.A. from Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and his Ph.D. in social relations from Johns Hopkins; he is now Assistant Professor in Sociology at the University of Michigan.
